What is the minimum wholesale order?
There is no minimum. Tiered discounts apply automatically in the cart from 5 pieces; for 50+ pieces or mixed orders we prepare a custom quote.
Which samovar suits my business?
Tea gardens and campsites usually choose the 10-litre models with two teapots; cafés and hotels serving at the table choose 5–7 litre models. Tell us what you need and we will decide together.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. All orders are invoiced by Bilge Marangoz (Aslanbey Tax Office 6120823249); you can send your company invoice details with the order.
How is delivery handled?
Orders ship from Kahramanmaraş, Türkiye. In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days; international shipping (PTT parcel or TURPEX express) is calculated by country, and for large orders we confirm the delivery time with the quote.
