Product description
A 5-litre güveç-style samovar with a dark oxidised finish; the teapot is included. It is heated by burning wood in the central chamber and keeps the water hot for a long time. Handmade from 0.6 mm, 99.9% copper sheet, it weighs about 3 kg and is tin-lined inside. The oxidised finish gives an antique look – do not use metal polish, just wipe it with a dry cloth. It suits rustic gardens and mountain-house décor beautifully.
Use and care
- Light the samovar only outdoors in a well-ventilated place, on a flat, stable, non-flammable surface.
- Fill the water tank first; never light the samovar without water.
- Put only dry wood in the fire chamber; never use liquid fuel.
- Once fully cool, empty the ash, hand-wash the body with lukewarm water and dry it.
