Product description
A 10-litre wood-fired copper samovar with an antique (aged) finish, made for big gatherings. Wood burns in the central fire chamber and the 9-litre water tank comes to the boil quickly. Two teapots on top let you brew two different strengths of Turkish tea at the same time. The fire base and the water tank come apart, which makes carrying and cleaning easier. The body is hand-hammered from 0.7 mm, 99.9% copper and the inner surface that touches the water is tin-lined. The antique finish gives it a time-worn, heritage look from day one. Ideal for gardens, mountain houses, picnics and outdoor celebrations.
Use and care
- Light the samovar only outdoors in a well-ventilated place, on a flat, stable, non-flammable surface.
- Fill the water tank first; never light the samovar without water.
- Put only dry wood in the fire chamber; never use liquid fuel.
- Once fully cool, empty the ash, hand-wash the body with lukewarm water and dry it.
